I’ll be in your corner from start to finish.
From asking the questions you didn’t know to ask to double checking timelines, following the light, fixing the veil, and cheering you on, I’m fully there, for the big moments and the small ones as well.
I’ll document the day as it truly feels.
Yes, the details will be beautifully photographed, but I’m just as focused on the real stuff: the hand squeezes, quick glances, happy tears, and the feeling you’ll want to remember long after the day is over.

Reaching Out & Reserving Your Date
If you’re reading this, it means you’re considering trusting me with one of the most meaningful days of your life — and that truly means so much.
Once you reach out, we’ll schedule an initial call to get to know each other, talk through your vision, and make sure we’re a great fit. From there, we’ll reserve your date with a signed contract and retainer.
From this point on, your date is officially yours, and I’m fully invested in your day.
Intentional Planning
& Support
This is where the foundation is built.
Throughout the planning process, we’ll connect through scheduled check-ins and calls as needed. I’ll walk you through timelines, lighting considerations, family photo organization, and anything that will help your day flow smoothly.
You’ll also receive helpful planning guides and “photo to-do” checklists so nothing important is overlooked. Whether it’s outfit timing, detail prep, or coordinating with your planner, I’m here to help you feel organized and confident.
Questions are always welcome — this is a collaboration, and you’re never on your own in it.
Final Prep & Timeline Review
In the weeks leading up to your wedding, we’ll review everything together.
We’ll confirm timelines, important moments, family groupings, and any special details you’ve planned. I’ll coordinate with your planner and vendor team when needed, so everyone is aligned.
My goal is that by the time your wedding arrives, you feel calm and prepared — not overwhelmed.
Your Wedding Day
This is your time to be fully present.
On your wedding day, I’m a steady, supportive presence. I’ll guide when helpful, keep things moving naturally, and quietly handle the small details — adjusting a veil, watching the light, managing timing, and making sure nothing slips by unnoticed.
While you’re focused on getting married and celebrating, I’m focused on documenting the full story: the big moments, the in-between ones, and everything you don’t get to see while you’re in the middle of it all.
You won’t need to worry about the photos. That part is taken care of.
Sneak Peeks & Gallery Delivery
Within 24–48 hours, you’ll receive a small collection of sneak peeks to relive the first moments after your wedding.
Within your contracted timeline, you’ll receive a thoughtfully curated online gallery filled with professionally edited images that reflect your day as it truly unfolded — emotional, joyful, and full.
Your gallery will remain available for 12 months, giving you plenty of time to download, share, and revisit your photos.
Long After the Wedding
My role doesn’t end when your gallery is delivered.
I’m always here for questions, album guidance, print recommendations, or anything else you may need. My hope is that your photos continue to feel meaningful as the years pass — reminders of how loved you were and how it all felt.
